This week marks a key point to break automatic patterns that sabotage your health without you realizing it. Microdecisions like an extra bite, an emotional boost, or a moment of distraction can perpetuate cycles of inflammation, fatigue, and stagnation. Week 6 invites you to wake up, observe and choose consciously.
The focus will be to reinforce the OMAD (One Meal a Day) protocol at least 4 times this week, increasing awareness about what you eat, how you do it, and what emotions you accompany it with. We also introduce strategic micronutrients such as magnesium, omega-3 and vitamin B1 (thiamine) to support your nervous system.
